Our family had a wonderful stay, Jeffery was easy to reach and responded quickly to my questions. I cannot say enough about how well thought out this home is! The kitchen is a delight for those who wish to cook. There are multiple comfortable spaces to sit in, both indoor and outside. The pool was clean and temperature perfect. We really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing time staying at Jo's home. The home is absolutely beautiful with a modern aesthetic, impeccably clean, and surrounded by gorgeous mountain views that can be seen from the front and back of the home. Our family had a lovely time and the hosts, Jo and Jeffery, were friendly and attentive. The home is even more fantastic in person. It is by far one of the best places we have stayed at and would love to come back in the future!

We visit Palm Springs regularly and this home was the nicest we have stayed at and it checks all of the boxes. The home was recently remodeled and the owners did a fantastic job with the renovations as well as the interior design. The finishes were clean, modern, and high-quality. Overall, the home is a very open and inviting. We also appreciated that there were so may interesting spaces to enjoy, including the grill/fire pit area, outdoor dinning, pool side seating, full dining room, TV/Entertainment room, living room with bar/fireplace, and outdoor seating in front of the home for watching sunset. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed walking around in the morning to check out the midcentury modern architecture (one of our favorite things to do in Palm Springs). One thing worth noting is that this neighborhood has buried the power lines, which allows for great sky views! We have stayed in other parts of PS where there are power lines hanging over the back or front of the home, which can take away from the vibe, so we always try to find homes in areas with buried power lines. We stayed 3 nights with a total of 7 people (3 couples and a tween). We really appreciated that there were 3 king rooms and a queen. Other locations we've stayed tend to have queens or offer rooms with two fulls. There was plenty of space (and bathrooms) for everyone. There is also an office space, which worked perfectly for one member of our party who needed to take a couple of work meeting remotely (the internet coverage/speed was also great BTW). We enjoy cooking when we stay at rental homes and this kitchen was also the best we have used. All of the appliances were new and it great working order. There were lots of plates, high quality pans, and everything we needed to cook and host dinner. The grill was also in great shape. More often than not rental homes have limited cooking utensils/equipment/plates. It was clear the owners like to entertain and have set the kitchen up well for hosting dinner parties. I will also say the owners were very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. I'm certain we will be back!

We had a wonderful Anniversary week at this house! Jo was super helpful and responsive, and she was available whenever needed. We’ve stayed at many houses in Palm Springs, and this was the cleanest and newest house we’ve ever stayed in! The furniture is SPOTLESS, no stains, and the floors, bathrooms and pool were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The house still looks brand new, and it is well cared for. The pool was the perfect temperature, appreciated the heating, and I can’t overstate how clean it is. The pool was a highlight for us, very private and relaxing. Jeffery, the house manager, was great and he went ABOVE and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, we were going to eat out, but everything was so clean and nice we unexpectedly cooked at home 4 times! Location is private and the views from the front are awesome. We also enjoyed the large TV’s, the grill and fire pit. This is an amazing house, and I would definitely rent again!

We had an incredible month at this house! It looks exactly like the photos, if not better. One thing they don't show in the photos is the incredible view of the mountains and sunset from the front living room and patio, really amazing! Jo was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with every step of the way. The house is super clean and has plenty of nice linens and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi was very strong, consistent throughout the house, and allowed everyone to stream and play games without any problems. There are 2 seperate living rooms and a nice office as well, so plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to have privacy and a place to relax. The location is great, a 3 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and tons of other shopping; yet is was really quite, private, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool is beautiful and very clean, it's sunny until about 2:30 and then in the shade so you get the best of both! Truly an incredible experience! Thanks Jo!

Exceptionally well-designed home, and incredibly beautiful.

Jo’s place was beautiful. We stayed for a couple of weeks and felt right at home. It’s modern, spacious and clean. Fresh towels, sheets and appliances all in the home ready to use. Would highly suggest staying here and would happily stay again when visiting Palm Springs.

Jo’s place was truly amazing—by far the most comfortable and well thought out home I’ve stayed at in Palm Springs. It had every amenity we could possibly need. During our month-long stay, there wasn’t a single thing we found ourselves missing. Jo was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I’d love to come back again.

The place was incredible! A trip with friends over Memorial Day, very chill and fun. House was gorgeous, had everything we wanted and Jo was super easy to deal with. We would definitely go back!

When I walked into the property, I immediately was struck with the "Wow!" And every layer of the experience, the open flow of the property, the sparse and purposeful design of the house, the utensils in the kitchen, the beauty of the backyard and pool, makes this an experience to remember. We loved staying at Jo's beautiful home. Beautiful home in Palm Springs - would definitely stay there again.

Jo’s place is by far one of my favorite Palm Springs listings. My family heads to PS at least once a year for the last 10 years and hands down this one is the best. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is huge and had all the amenities you needed. It was in a great location and very walkable. It was super clean and the luxurious finishes had us spoiled. It was actually pretty windy this time of month so the heated pool was amazing. Jo was a great host and Jeffrey was an attentive concierge. Overall this place is a 6 if I can give more stars. We can’t wait to come back again for a longer stay!

The house is spacious, very beautiful and very comfortable. It has stunning views of the mountains from the front patio and backyard. It’s in a great neighborhood that’s close to downtown and convenient to other places as well. Jo was responsive and helpful. We loved staying in this home!

We had a great stay in Palm Springs. The house is beautiful and very comfortable/livable. The backyard is private and the pool is lovely with a nice area for lounging, and an outdoor table and fire pit area. Jo was super responsive and even sent us running route recommendations for our daughter who’s training for a half marathon. That was really helpful since we weren’t at all familiar with the area. It’s a very quick drive to downtown and we also found it easy to get to Indian Wells and Joshua Tree. We were there during NCAA basketball conference tournament time and the massive TV in the family room is a dream. It was also great for movies at night after being out all day. We would stay again!

The best Airbnb rental I have ever stayed at. Jo was responsive and friendly, the concierge was lovely and knew the property inside and out, and the property was exactly as the pictures showed. It is a spacious, well decorated space that has been completely remodeled in a high-quality fashion with beautiful views of the mountains from the front and back. The kitchen is well equipped--we were able to prepare a lovely dinner for our group our first night at the house. There are two grocery stores within a 5 minute drive of the house and the area is quiet and inviting for walks. I would love to stay here again:) Thank you for a delightful stay in the desert!

This is an A+ new rental. Brand new, meticulously clean, very responsive property concierge. Well designed house with cool furniture and a great pool and patio. I highly recommend it.

What a great long weekend in Palm Springs! The house was beautiful and perfect for a family get together. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 grandkids. Outside area was great for all, a nice variety of seating areas. Of course poolside was the fav. Plenty of space indoors and kitchen amenities couldn’t have been better. I’ve never stayed in that neighborhood before but now I’ll be back. Close to anything we needed. Thank you for the welcome basket, too. Both Jo and Jeffrey were very responsive.

This place truly is a gem! Stunning house, absolutely sparkling clean and neat, very spacious and just an absolute pleasure. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay for 2 adult couples. Jo was always very responsive, friendly and available if we had any needs. Thanks to Jeffery for welcoming us and taking time to show us around. The home was spotless , modern, fully appointed, in a perfect location close to downtown PS, convenient shopping, upscale markets, hiking trails, top restaurants, nearby golf, and more. Walking the neighborhood was a great start to the day! Also enjoyed grilling outside and cooking a few meals in the fully appointed kitchen. Beds and baths were top of the line , modern and luxurious. Surrounding neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We always felt 100% comfortable. The home would be perfect year-round with front and back yard mountain views, resort like outdoor spaces, and afternoon shade for the warmer months. This was definitely the best experience we have had in the desert after coming 2-3 times a year for too many years to count:) Thanks again and we hope to return soon!

We had a lovely stay. Jo was an amazing host! So helpful with hiking recommendations, restaurant recommendations that were dog friendly, and with wanting to make sure our stay was excellent. Jeffery the concierge was also great! Lived the private pool, the amazing showers, and the very comfortable living room!
