I brought my family for my husband’s 55th birthday. Jo was such a wonderful host and her attention to details to make you feel at home were impeccable! Stunning condo and the views in this area are stunning. Our family travels alot at least three trips a year and we are definitely coming back! Thank you so much Jo!

We had a wonderful Anniversary week at this house! Jo was super helpful and responsive, and she was available whenever needed. We’ve stayed at many houses in Palm Springs, and this was the cleanest and newest house we’ve ever stayed in! The furniture is SPOTLESS, no stains, and the floors, bathrooms and pool were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. The house still looks brand new, and it is well cared for. The pool was the perfect temperature, appreciated the heating, and I can’t overstate how clean it is. The pool was a highlight for us, very private and relaxing. Jeffery, the house manager, was great and he went ABOVE and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, we were going to eat out, but everything was so clean and nice we unexpectedly cooked at home 4 times! Location is private and the views from the front are awesome. We also enjoyed the large TV’s, the grill and fire pit. This is an amazing house, and I would definitely rent again!

We loved our long weekend at Jo’s place. The condo was spotless and looked just like the pictures. Our group was 2 couples and we enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out as well as having common areas to hang out. We spent a lot of time in Lake Placid which was about a 20 minute drive from the condo. Also a great location if you plan to visit Jay or Whiteface Mountain. Jo was friendly and responsive - highly recommend.

We had an incredible month at this house! It looks exactly like the photos, if not better. One thing they don't show in the photos is the incredible view of the mountains and sunset from the front living room and patio, really amazing! Jo was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with every step of the way. The house is super clean and has plenty of nice linens and very comfortable beds. The Wi-Fi was very strong, consistent throughout the house, and allowed everyone to stream and play games without any problems. There are 2 seperate living rooms and a nice office as well, so plenty of comfortable spaces for everyone to have privacy and a place to relax. The location is great, a 3 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and tons of other shopping; yet is was really quite, private, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool is beautiful and very clean, it's sunny until about 2:30 and then in the shade so you get the best of both! Truly an incredible experience! Thanks Jo!

Our stay was immaculate. I don't know that there could be a better Airbnb experience than the one we had with Jo in Lake Placid. beginning before a check-in, the instructions were clear and very helpful. The home was pristine and the cleanliness and organization was near five-star hotel quality. the home has everything you'll need for your stay, including not only excellent living accommodations, but also every appliance and kitchen utensil you could need. Honestly, the description does not do the location Justice. We stayed during the fall and were able to catch all of the foliage and take in the absolutely wonderful sites. only about a 20-minute ride from downtown Lake placid, the trip back and forth is so breathtaking. breathtaking there was zero hesitation to head back and forth between Lake placid and the home. Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend and stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was evident that the host puts so much care into this lovely space. The home was kept immaculate. The thoughtful little touches like having plenty of extra towels and the simple clear instructions made all the difference. Check-in was an absolute breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive. A truly charming and comfortable getaway!

This stay was amazing and the place was perfect. 10-15 minutes from lake placid puts you close enough to town but far enough away when it’s busy to go and relax. The house is beautiful and I felt very at home. Will be returning.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way — spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities that made it feel like home. The location was perfect — quiet yet close to everything we needed.
